Parenting is both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging — especially when your child is struggling emotionally, behaviourally, or academically. Parental guidance sessions offer a dedicated space for you to gain insight, ask questions, and receive practical support in understanding and responding to your child’s needs.
These sessions are collaborative and non-judgmental. Whether you’re facing ongoing concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, sibling conflict, school difficulties, or simply feeling unsure about how best to support your child — you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Together, we explore what may be underlying your child’s behaviour, discuss helpful strategies tailored to your family context, and focus on strengthening the parent-child connection. You’ll leave with greater clarity, confidence, and tools that are both gentle and effective.
Parental support is often offered as part of the therapy or assessment process, but can also be arranged as a stand-alone service when needed.
